Comment :- Is nothing but the task whish does not execute during the execution of program.

1] < html >
< /html > :-
An html tag is a piece of markup language used to indicate to beginning
and end of an html document. html tag helps web browsers to convert html document
in web pages.

2]< head>
< /head > :-
The < head> element is a container for metadata(data about data) and is placed
between the < html> tag .
1) Metadata is not displayed.
2) Metadata typically define the document title, Character Set, Styles, Scripts and other meta information.

3] < title>
< /title > :-
The title tag is an html code tag that allowa you to gives the web page title.

4] < body >
< /body > :-
The < body > tag define the document's body. The < body> elements contains all
the contents of an html document, Such as headings, paragraphs, images, hyperlinks, tabels, lists, etc.
